What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator in Cold Storage, you will:

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (full training and certification provided).
• Move, stack, and organize products to support production and shipping.
• Supply team members with materials as needed.
• Maintain safety and efficiency in all warehouse operations.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of relevant experience or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain McCain Forklift and Aerial Lift Certifications (we provide training).
• Willingness to learn our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic computer, language, and math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds).

Physical Demands

You’ll spend most of your shift standing and using your hands, with occasional lifting, walking, and other movements. We provide training to help you work safely and comfortably.
